Clearing clutter is a challenge for millions of us. Now you can support your process of bringing more harmony and order to your home and work environment, just by listening.
An uplifting soundtrack (first rhythmic, then relaxing) is amplified with positive affirmations and brainwave entrainment to heighten your receptivity.
The affirmations are sourced from a variety of workshops I've attended and books I've read. After receiving more requests for this title than just about any other subject, I'm delighted to share it with you.
Since this is a new program, I am very much interested in your experience. Initial reports are quite enthusiastic.
How to use:
Sometimes I play just the faster tracks; at night, often just the mellow tracks. Other times I play the entire album several times in a row. Try starting 20 minutes before you begin clutterbusting to get your mind aligned for optimal results.
Affirmations include:
I enjoy decreasing my clutter.
Decreasing my clutter feels good.
I put things in their place.
I enjoy experiencing more harmony in my home and office.
Decluttering is a form of self-care.
I am kind and patient with myself.
